Conditions & Timeframe

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You’ll receive return instructions and an RMA number if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your receipt.
  4. Ship to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. You may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on availability.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for opened or used products or samples.
