Coverage & Carriers

We ship throughout Puerto Rico and the United States using trusted carriers like the US Postal Service (USPS). We choose First Class or Priority based on destination.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 to the U.S. or Puerto Rico receive free shipping.
• Under $50: Shipping is calculated based on weight.
• International Shipping: We only ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. For international inquiries, contact us for a quote.

Processing & Delivery Time

Products are handcrafted, so please allow 2–4 business days for processing. During high-demand periods, delays may occur. Once shipped, delivery takes approx. 5–7 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label is created. Please double-check your email and check your spam folder.

Address & Responsibility

Ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an item must be reshipped, you'll need to cover the new shipping cost. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. If security is a concern, consider shipping to a work address or secure location.
